If you change your mind about having your quilt top finished by us, you may request a full refund within 30 days and before you have shipped your quilt(s) to us. After shipment has occurred, you may request a partial refund. We will deduct shipping costs to get the quilt(s) back to you as well as a $5.00 service charge for time spent processing your order.
